available within two weeks for a full-time, in-house role — HR

Specialist, HR Program Manager, or Chief of Staff. She leads with
HR / People Ops and brings Chief of Staff range with her. Tech,
AI, and SaaS companies preferred. Remote, or based in New
Hampshire, Boston, or California.
Past experience includes People Operations at Google supporting
Sundar Pichai's team and the Board, HR systems and performance
management at Divvy Homes, fractional Chief of Staff work at
Jupiter (helped close a $340K raise), and multi-state HR and
compliance for distributed teams.
